Appointments

All appointments, for Bendigo and Echuca consultations, are made via View Street Consulting Rooms on (03) 5441 4899 

Mr Dan Fletcher consults at View Street Consulting Rooms on Wednesdays and Fridays but can also make himself available on other days by arrangement if urgent or medically necessary. He consults in Echuca every Tuesday.

You will need a current referral from your GP or Specialist to make an appointment. Referrals are triaged and the waiting time for an appointment will depend upon clinical need. Urgent cases are prioritised and can usually be seen the same week.

We make every effort to make sure that our clinics run on time and that the experience is as smooth as possible for you.

What to Bring

Please bring your Medicare or DVA (Veterans’ Affairs) card plus details of your Health Insurance to your appointment. Please also bring your original referral letter if you have this.

We will require a completed patient information form for our files.  A copy of this form can be down loaded here and completed in advance.

Cancellation

To cancel an appointment please contact us on (03) 5441 4899. We should be grateful for at least 48 hours’ notice so that we can re-allocate that time to another patient.
